We seem to have a little fascination with heaven at our house these days. As we were riding in the car the other day, Hallie said, "Mommy, the King is in heaven!" Surprised, I responded, "That's right, honey. Who is the King?" "Baby Jesus," was the response. I told her that Baby Jesus is all grown up but that she was right about him being in heaven. Unfazed, she asked, "Are Mary and Joseph in heaven too?" I responded in the affirmative, to which she just smiled and said, "Cool."
Cool indeed, baby girl.
